For those who dont know what RAF is - RAF = Recruit a friend account. = With both accounts online you get 100% bonus exp. If the mage is higher lvl than the SK, the SK gets 200% bonus exp while not grouped. If grouped and the mage is higher lvl than the SK the SK gets 300% bonus exp.
