how can i show screenshot? i did not received any payment from him.
 
If you sold a ESO key to figuerasj and he did not pay you post the chat logs showing that you gave him an ESO key, then he left the chat and did not make payment. He will be given 24 hrs to make payment or he will be banned.

hi epicnpc. that guy keep telling me he send money from muhi which i don't know muhi. my name is jexter figueras. the skype figuerasjake is not working anymore. so how come i talk to him? when the server is back he did not even pm me on epicnpc. then he send me a report and me i was say about huh? i dont know he's accusation. i'm using different skype now which its i change it on my profile already. and i did not even buy to him. you said he sold a key to me. he accusing me that i'm selling key to him. please notify me if there's something i can do with this because i will be away in 5 hours. and nenado please show me the proof that you send me a payment.
 
its weird how the skype conversations he posted in the thread here - http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/5901...-Psjic-Account-Key-250-have-a-buyer-now/page2 show you giving him the address for the WU payment.

Also you said to send your "friend" the $550 and he will leave you the key to give to nenado

Plus if you say that skype doesnt work why have it in your sig as the contact ?

Even if your skype was "compromised" and if its used in a scam you will still be held responsible due to the security of your epicnpc/skype/ email accounts is your responsibility.

there is a 2nd scam thread opened against figuerasj.
since there is a 2nd dispute open its quite obvious either he is not worried about his skype security ( he says his skype is compromised and he still has it as his contact ( click on contact me and it links to that skype ) . or he is in fact scamming users.


He has 24 hours to resolve both threads or he will be banned.
 
I am having the same issue with figuerasj I attempted to purchase a ESO Psijic order key from him on Tuesday. I sent Western Union 400 dollars and after a day he could not provide a key so I requested my money back. He said that he refunded the money but I have not received anything yet.

can confirm im still talking to him since feb 25. so how come your claiming your skype is not active so weird
 
ok i resolved his original skype and the "new" skype he contacted me on and both are from the same location etc ( both are from Cogent Communications Group, Inc. )


he has also been on ownedcore.
 
this guys hasnt had this skype hacked, as i posted in my topic also he said his name is Muhi and thats who he wanted the payment sent to, this guys scam and mine were days appart so i smell bull****.

and anyway its not hard to create a new skype account and msg an admin saying "this is my new account my other was hacked".

this guy needs to be IP banned

my skype was comprimised and i'm using different skype i add that 3 days ago figuerasj. my old skype is figuerasjake

You lie. It is you. you contacted me at skype at once after contact here, and confirmed that. check my screenshots. Also you can check on my screenshot that you ask me at skype to remove my report on you here. It is confirmed.

I ask Epicnpc to ban this scammer, not to let him continue his stealing.
 
dude why lie? i spoke with you this morning. and you said you need another day to get the key as you havent had time.

if someone had hacked your skype and had taken my money, they wouldnt be replying saying they need more time to get the key... they would of ignored or blocked me.

I bought a key from him 2 days ago and still haven't seen anything I paid 205 and he said he had the key and when I asked him that i can show him that it was picked up he said that his friend holds the key. He hasn't replied to me for a whole day and I am wanting a refund. I also sent my payment WU to Mae Muhi like he told me to.

you replied this and why you know he sent you something in western union if your claiming your skype is hacked.

one more observation why didnt you even bother warning people about your allegedly hacked skype. and all your threads still have your old skype. and even your signature still the same skype name

i change it on profile not on sign i don't know much. i forgot. i know its from western union because he just comment on my thread about western union thing
 
this guy continues to fool everybody. I'm sure that he has not finished deal, and wait more money to be sent. If he has skype name compromized he would anounce it long time ago.

Epicnpc please check all screenshots. it is more then enough proves. He even write exactly the same style as in skype.

you can check my private messages. he asked me to skype him from figuerasj account and he continued in skype.

This was on Feb 24 a Wildstar buyer posted in his thread but then got impatient waiting for him to decide about western union through his "Friend". And buyer voluntarily add me to deal and we had success transaction

As the buyer stated that figurasj is to far to get on western union branch location and asked one of his friend to do so. Im not sure if that friend is the one they are talking "MUHI"? where the money was sent. He confirm also that he's far from WU as i spoke to him in chat that time.


After that i dont know if figuerasj continue or making a transaction via western union to another.
 
From Feb 16th til today figuerasj has 2 recorded IPs. All are the same except for 1 proxy on Feb 23.

This means even IF figuerasj account and skype were hacked it was ONLY for 24 hrs at the most because IPs record on Feb 22 and Feb 24 are back to normal.

The scams that took place on the following dates.

3 - Feb 25
1 - Feb 27

If the hack took place on Feb 23th, that means you should have had it back by the 25th. EVEN if it was still hacked, you said NOTHING on the forums and continued to post as normal.

figuerasj will 100% responsible for all disputes and will be banned in 24 hrs if refunds are not issued.
