If you play FUT, the account is pretty empty, but still has a 15K pack each monday for around 14 more weeks.
If you just play Offline Career Mode, the accounts EAS FC Catalogue level is almost 50.
If you play Pro Clubs, and want to start from scratch, this account is not for you since my Pro Clubs player is pretty maxed with a few still unlocked.
If you are unsure, a steam gift card can be bought online from G2A.
