It has a realm reborn for both PC and PSN but heavensward only on PS4
With this purchase youre getting The PSN account associated it with it

The account has everything you need for 3.1
I unlocked void ark currently and about to start story on it aswell
Lvl 60 White Mage
Lvl 60 Scholar/Smn
Lvl 50 rest of Dom/Dow its pretty easy to rank up but I still play it every now and then to increase its levels
BONUS**I will personally include you either a server transfer or a fantasia you tell me after purchase :3 BONUS**
It has various glamours and items for weapons and gear i.e. Thavarian chest and legs, Leviathan Weapons with a few mirrors and few minions
I have about 1.5mil currently but can add more maybe as a request?
All Maelstrom challenges unlocked and 27k company seals! With 27 PVP rank (still growing)
The account has alot of achievements and has finished the heavensward story up to 3.1 if youre curious!
Coils are also unlocked to T9 (ATM)
Overall I believe this account will belong in better hands to someone who plays or wants to have a better time picking out their class!
