FF14 collectors edition for WoW account cata or mop

I have the collector's edition of FF14 with a 35 Human Dragoon/22 Archer/15 Marauder. I have 84k gil.

I'm looking for a MoP account can have no characters on it, as I don't really have anything on my FF14 account either. I'm open to accounts that have cataclysm on them as well, but if it's only cata i'd prefer it if it had a decent character
