No one seems interested, but I need to get rid of this account because I can't help but keep logging, so I decided to delete the account. So obviously no more selling it.

Starting price at 70,000 L$ because the items alone worth 2.5 times that amount, and you'll spare the time and the effort to set it up, so I think it worth it
