It's unclear what he wants. He already sent me a message, but when I asked for his order number, he wouldn't give it to me.

You asked for my order number OR paypal email used, I gave you the latter because as I wrote to you through 2 different communications (email and your website chat) that I did not sign up on your website before buying, I used the paypal button on your website, therefore I didn't have an order number assigned.

Ive attached the proof below

Edit: I've checked back on your website and your last message is the same as one of your last, "the messages are being deleted and to message you here or discord". The whole chat is still live for me since the 17th of April, on my end I haven't received one of your messages where I point that out in far right chat of the image "Chat 2". This seems to be a case of the chat system being broken, however my request is still the same.

I've now contacted you on Discord too.

I told you to message me on Discord because my messages kept getting deleted. Also, I told you I'd refund your money, but you only replied saying it was you (the one who filed the Honkai complaint), without giving me any of your details. How am I supposed to refund you without that?
 
  • Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
  • If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
    • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
    • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.
