Wanting to have feedback removed as sale was not completed and account was returned

Told him id be paying in installments and told he be able to keep all money paid if I canceled the installment.

Continued to get angry I didnt want the account anymore and left a negative feedback.
He still holds the account, sale wasn't completed and no transfer was made in the final. No transaction completion done

Feedback will remain and must be resolved mutually between both members.
