Because he's a scammer that was banned previously
His account screen shots were incredibly low resolution and he was proposing an insanely expensive account for only $250

He deleted the screenshot now but I always record conversations, in case something happens
After figuring him out he deleted every other thread he made apart from the dragon ball legends thread as I responded to let people know.

I think you should report them instead of giving negative feedback. I reported one of their advertisers/promoters who promotes them before, which resulted in their ban.
