Feedback notification PM?

How come we no longer have this? I get that its a bit spammy and annoying at times but for instance I sold an account and left feedback, buyer got no notification that I left feedback so I had to send them a private message to ask them to do so.

Hmm, I didn't' realize we had that disabled. I've enabled PM notifications for feedback. If you have PM email notifications turned on, you'll get an email also.
