Hello,

I have recently imported feedback from other forum, but while import was in progress I've received unjustified negative from a scammer there and now it shows here, even though it was removed from ratings on other forum. Is there a chance to update it or just remove it completely so I can import it again? It kinda ruins the whole purpose of feedback import and my impeccable reputation which I intend to keep. If you recived the negative feedback from another website and it was imported then there is nothing we at EpicNPC can do about it if it's still recorded negative on the site, you will have to resolve the negative on the site where you got it by contacting the staff there.

However if someone are to help you reimport the feedbacks then Admin is the only who can help you.

The negative rating on other site was removed because it was from a scammer, but it's still here. That's the reason i'm writing here.
