• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
• Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

he did done this before and i did contacted and reported that one. after months he given again. what proof i need to show?

That was a different feedback that was already removed.

"Mubashir scammed me and multiple screenshots and proof of billing and accepting of payment through Steam giftcard. He then proceeded to send me a faulty account, that was not informed to me beforehand."

This confirms something was exchanged.

There is also a TG chat between both of you that was canceled.

I have confirmed you are lying. The feedback is allowed and will remain. Since TG was not used, this will not be investigated.
