Both feedbacks are way too old to dispute and now the users are inactive. you need to dispute the feedback when they happened. the users have not come back online.

This is a negative review.

Customer claims account was recalled and you took a week to reply. Based on the comment it does not appear the account was recovered or a refund issue.

If you want this comment removed, we will attempt to contact the buyer and you will have to show proof you either issued a refund or you help recover the account.

You are saying this person was scammed by an impostor.

Normally we contact the user and request proof to show who they were talking to, but this user has not been online in 7 months, so most likely he'll never reply.

I'm sorry, but you waited far to long to have these feedbacks removed easily. The burned of proof now falls to you to prove they are false and with an impostor case there's not really possible to do.

I checked PMs and see no messages between MMO-Armory and bee_nuts. I can add a comment to the feeback to say that, but it can't be removed. You were online after the feedback, why didn't you dispute it then?

Feedback Dispute rule:
https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/389547-***-How-to-Report-a-iTrader-Dispute-Post-Template-***

  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
