I have been working with Consurene since 2 month, at Feb 27 i transfered $1,000 to his Paypal account to exchange em for USDT ( Binance ) as usual, somehow it went on hold for 24hour as he mentioned. after 24hour his Paypal went permanently limited, even mine aswell.
Within 1 hour i manged to unlock my Paypal and everything were cool, until now he didn't unlock his Paypal even he provided whatever documents Paypal asked for, and i didn't receive my money yet. I even tried to contact Paypal for him but they refused to share anything with me. I even called my bank and they confirmed same thing as Paypal said. There is no any issue from my side. Its from his side. Both confirmed.
I can provide whatever prove needed to sort this out, im not ready to wait 180days so i can get my money, i'm even highly reputed than him x10 times.
Right now he is asking me to wait 180day so i can withdraw my money from his Paypal account, which i can't do.

Please note that I have taken extensive steps to address the PayPal limitation:
- I have contacted PayPal's customer service line to seek clarity and find a resolution.
- I initiated a conversation through PayPal's message feature to discuss the specific details of our case.
- I've sent an email to PayPal's executive office, outlining the transaction and its impact on both parties.
- Additionally, I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in an effort to expedite a review of the account limitation.
I understand your concern regarding the Paypal issue. The account limitation was caused by an unexpected security flagging of our $1006.7 transaction. Such measures fall under PayPal's automatic systems for fraud prevention, and unfortunately, our transaction has been flagged.
PayPal Policy dictates funds to such accounts be made after 180 days. Such is standard procedure and one that is non-negotiable due to security reasons that I will be required to adhere to.
I am really very much aware of the inconvenience which this delay is causing, but it is really very risky to violate these rules of PayPal. To provide transparency, I'm willing to share the Gmail account linked to the PayPal account so you can monitor the status directly.
