Describe the problem: Sold them an account about a month ago on July 15th, yesterday I see suddenly the money is on hold in my Paypal and I have a dispute in the resolution center.

I've sent them multiple messages on EpicNPC trying to find out what their problem is, but they've been unresponsive. I've seen them being active searching the Diablo 4 forums while I'm trying to ask them what's wrong and help them with their alleged problem, but no responses. If they legitimately have a problem I'm more than willing to help, but their behavior of ignoring my messages while also buying another account and being on the prowl for more seems like they're just trying to scam.

Hello, I came back from vacation Friday night and to my surprise the account is no longer in my possession. The account had already been recovered some time before selling it to me. So I made a PayPal dispute to exchange with the seller.

That person has no way of reclaiming the account, I recovered the original e-mail from them and gave it to you along with the account.

If the account was stolen as you say, you got it compromised on your end. As I already tried to tell you in the messages you didn't respond to, if this isn't just a scam you need to put in a customer support ticket with Blizzard telling them that you're the original owner and ask them to restore the account to the original e-mail.
 
I am the original owner. That is how I know no one could have taken the account from you, unless they have access to your e-mail.
