False scam acussation

In short, the scammer was stranger who added my discord, and he ask if he can post his acc to sell on my epic acc and he paid me 15$, turned out i was so dumb didnt think before that he is scam.
There are two people who dispute me because of this,
One is already clear and close the dispute
and the other one is with mr @IKaLiBuRx.
He said in the chat with me that he can retrieve back the money that he got scammed fully. but i promise him i give 30$ as an apologize but in return we can re solved this case together and reenter the negative feedback on my acc to positive feedback.
summary :
-mr IKaliburnX didnt use trade guardian
-i'm so stupid that i didnt know that stranger dm my discord is scammer
-Me and Mr IkaliburnX come to an agreemment that after his money got back (cuz he already call the paypal) and i give him 30$ as an apologize, he will close the thread and delete the negative feedback on my acc.

Did not receive money back yet. Chase Bank and Paypal are currently investigating the issue. They said to wait another 7 days awhile they finish their investigation.

As for your $30 I do not mind that payment as a fix after I receive my money back.

ANGEL was the moderator of my next transaction and that went perfectly smooth and professionally. I really appreciated him with my purchase. Completely different experience compared to my first one with this seller.
