False review by user firmmuffin on profile and post

Hello dear EpicNpc team,

I do not have an explanation why he did that.Can you please remove the negative feedback im attaching the chat history below

Hello can we remove the feedback already it hurts my reputation on EpicNPC as a seller all we can see are some screenshots of a discord chat which you do not investigate anyway. An agreement was not reached between seller and buyer

I already created a thread about this user. He scammed me then tried to put fake feedback. He was banned for fake feedback and somehow was let back. User needs to be banned for both fake feedback and scamming
