False Report

The review in question was posted about 5-6 years ago and it reported me having a false sale when i've sold and bought OPTC accounts multiple times with no problems.
It just seems odd that a random review been posted when the rest of mine are selling/buying from various people with no problems.

We cannot remove it without them contacting us.

Feedback Removal/Change Rules

• If a dispute is opened and resolved, the negative feedback will be changed to neutral and the comment will be updated to reflect the issue has been resolved.
• Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
• Feedback can only be removed if it's false.
• If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
  • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
  • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Its been 6 years without any activity on that account so im not quite sure if they would respond
Message below shows that i've sent the money during that period.

I'm not sure i can provide anything else as the feedback was left over 6 years ago so theres no way of him contacting back

I'm sorry, but you have to prove the deal never occurred. It is critical to report feedback within 30 days, not 6 years later.

I wasn't actively using the site back then so i wasnt aware of the rules.
As seen with my previous feedback, ive had no issues dealing with other members of EPICNPC and therefore believe that the report was false as a way to discredit me.

I'm looking to actively participate in the selling/buying community but a false report such as this tarnishes that reputation so i wish if you could reconsider your decision.
