False positive multi account warning

Seriously, I've written so many message about this case.
My friend is Bloodrose. He often go to cyber cafe with me and we have same connection.
I've registered this account first but he need his own account to trade.
Then he use the same connection to register (twice or more).
Then I was received a message about multiple account and have 2 warning on my profile but that is absolutely not me.
Could you please check my multiple account section and remove it for me.
And please if you have free time, sign up an account with bloodrose or something like that for me because my friend will try to ruin my account again !!!
