False negative rating and chargeback from paypal in few hours (joseph strmac)

He false feedbacked me, becouse i told him before payment that if he pays with paypal he had to wait 20 days to change /verify mail to protect me from chargebacks
He suddendly contacted me yesterday, telling that if i didn't allow to change mail and verify it, he will chargeback payment and give me a negative itrade.
I have proofs and pictures about that on skype
 
Paypal has 180 days dispute time, so I'm not sure what making anyone wait 20 days will accomplish.

pinkTyphoon the chat shows you were told multiple times before payments that if it was made with Paypal you would have to wait 20 days. Since you agreed and made payment, you have no right to give a negative feedback.

Please explain.

he didn't specify what he meant by "you have to wait 20 days to verify/change email", how'm I supposed to even have a clue he meant I can't have the account for 20 days? I thought he meant to verify the payment or transaction, he never said "I'm not giving you full account access for 20 days" he was vague about it and I obviously didn't understand he meant he's not giving me full account access for 20 days, that literally just gives him time to take back the account after I play on it and add RP to the account, and it's obvious it's already happened multiple times to somebody else, I already made a FULL payment, he's been paid, there is literally no reason for him to not grant me full account access for 20 days and that is NOT what he specified, he was too vague about his intentions, had I known that what his intention I would not have made a deal with this kid
 
Okay well still that makes your feedback false and more of a revenge negative.

Its pretty clear the first time what he says. Though I agree that the 20 days is kind of a weird number. You agreed to it. It says clearly you must wait 20 days to verify or change email.

Since no scam has actually happened I removed both feedbacks because your response shows not proof otherwise and confirms this.

If lol_seller had not been clear this may have been a different case. he is very clear. EXTREMELY clear on it.
Most recalls of payments from stolen paypals happen with in the first 30 days of payment, usually by the next bank statement if its smaller amounts.

I will make it clear if payment is recalled a ban will be issued. You cannot agree to someones simple terms and then try to force them to go back on them. Also on the other side of the fence lol_seller would be banned if he stole back account.

I won´t take back the account, i never did that.
I said 20 days becouse of this, all the unauthorized access or disputes are the first 10 days after payment,that's why i protect myself telling that.
I'll reopen that thread or will open a new one if he claims the money back(pretty sure he will do)
