False negative feedback

So yesterday (28/11/2020) someone add me on Discord, and he ask me if my codm Garena account still available. I said yes and then he want to buy without asking anything. He asked my PayPal and then I give my PayPal. He wired the money and then after I confirmed, I give him the account with the email and the password. After that he try to login but without success. He screenshot and then i told him he must be login to Garena server, not global server. He said he didnt know that and asking for his money back. After that I close the thread and said I already give him the account and cant send the money back. But afterwards he give me a negative feedback, accused me of editing the thread and file a dispute on PayPal, which he will get his money back in a few days. Please help me through this issue. Thanks.

I will show what really happend and when i talk to him after the buy and ask him about this garna server he didnt told me that it is differnt server and i told him about that i cant dwonlod this clint in my state he told me you already buy this and blocked me. and i dont tach the account and he toke 40 dollar for free from me and i try to talk to him and he block me .
And about payple i told him to give me back my 40 dollar and he didnt want to give me back so i go to payple. and still the mony didnt retourn to me.

I sell account in this site and buy them and when youre buyer have problem you dont take the mony and block him you help him i worked for this mony and i wanted to buy from him for my enjoyment and he give me somting that he didnt explain to me.

You can see my feedback. i am not person that want to fight over this thing i just wanted my mony beacouse i workes for this 40 usd and he just sell me somting whitout explention and after i understand he blocked me so please it is not how seller should sell for the buyer

So its already been a month and im sure he already got his money back, but the negative feedback still not has been lifted by him on my threads. Please solve this problem.
