False Negative Feedback Removal

Hello, I have returned back to the site and have noticed that I have a false negative feedback report. The person who disliked my account claimed "Gave him the account. He changes every detail and adds 2 step. Then tries to say I took the account back so he could get a refund." This is completely false, I sent him payment via PayPal FF option and he granted me access to the account for a limited time before changing the details of the account. I was under the impression that only Gmail was linked, but I later found out that he had the account bound originally to his Twitter which is what he used to alter the account. I confronted him on the issue, and he later responds with "Show proof that it was me in the first place." The feedback was left in 2019, it cant be removed unless they respond.

• Feedback can only be removed if it's false.
• If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
  • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
  • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
