Ok... So the buyer bought Pokemon Master. He said he didn't log in on his iPhone but in fact, he logged in with his iPhone and changed both of the provided Email and Password.
When he logged in to the game, he logged in with the already changed password & email - The original email so it basically 0 Gems. The game data was already moved to his changed email and when he logged in, it should have the correct amount.
