False Negative Feedback after full refund - please remove it

Hello, this user bought raid shadow legends service from me. His account was awfully bad and we needed time to achieve any results, after a while he said it's taking too much time and asked for a full refund, which i provided.
I just noticed that he not only wasted my time, but also left me a negative review. Please remove that. Full refund screenshot is attached below:
