False Infraction (Closed thread was trying to delete it)

So I made a thread nearly a month ago and received a infraction for it and upon deletion request after thread being closed @SkyisTheLimit gave me another infraction. @Rmik already gave me a infraction for the thread and i requested closure of it and he only locked it not deleted. Why am i receiving another infraction and being told ill be banned?

^ This was more about the flaming in the thread but i requested the thread to be closed and that id take any infractions at the time and he only saw one infraction and closed the thread. I accidentally reopened it trying to delete it yesterday but forgot i have to purchase a thread deletion

Infraction received was about the same thread from back then in which i was attempting to delete anyway and was already closed (Check my post before this called "Looking to nuke 2 threads" where i tried to get it deleted)

You receive an infraction for flaming/trolling from Doomedtofail on March 9th.

The 2nd infraction was for evading the account checker. Anytime you list a Youtube account for sale, you have to verify ownership. There are options to make a post without verifying, however those are for buying or for Verifed members to create stores.

If you use one of those option to evade the account checker, that is not allowed.

The account was me BUYING a youtube account not selling (Misstagged) and doomed was helping rmik and gave me the infraction for that post as the person multi accounting was trashing the thread

The thread was CLOSED no one could reply and i requested deletion at that time and yesterday thus this infraction is not warranted at all as the thread shouldve been deleted forever ago for the previous infractions. I attempted to talk to sky but he just sent me winkys and said he only talks about purchases. I'm gonna fight this as its a unjust infraction.

Ontop of that it was bumped by accident when trying to delete it and hitting unlock and instantly closed it again. Receiving a infraction for a thread which is closed and i already received infractions for in the past and had admins watch it and delete the multi accounters posts which they did.

You created a "buying" thread, but you were trading your Twitch account for a Youtube account.

"Trying to get rid of my old OG Partnered twitch."

So yes, the tag was wrong, it was not buying, but trading. However our system can't verify Twtich accounts, so sellers are not required to do this. Since you created this in the Youtube section, the mod issued an infraction for the tag violation. If you created this in the Twitch forum instead, you would have been fine.

I see the thread was already closed a while ago, so you probably got the infraction when you bumped or reopened it. The mod saw it at the top and issued the infraction, then removed the thread.

Technically, the infraction is warranted due to the wrong tag violation. The accidental bump might have been the reason for the violation, but we don't take that into consideration. Breaking a rule is breaking a rule, even by accident.

I don't see any messages to a mod asking them to remove the thread, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and reverse the infraction. It's been removed.
