Ok. I requested a refund. I will have to wait for 3 to 5 business days, good thing a customer rep helped me expedite the process.
I will ask the MOD to conclude this dispute. But I will still put at most 3-star feedback to you BoolinGod. Why? If your future customers will experience this gruesome process when such a problem arises. YOU, sir, need to learn to communicate. Don't just embargo the account when your customer is clearly not the one at fault.
@EpicNPC Mod. I requested a refund. The fault lies on Apple. Amazon rep has processed the refund. I don't think BoolinGod will sell his account to me again. I think we are okay with this.
