I would like to report some feedback that was given to me that's not accurate.

This feedback has nothing to do with a deal that was ever completed. While that user and I have done a transaction before, they were pleased with the service given.
Scribbled out any info that might out them in the game. Any mod or Admin may ask me via PM for unredacted shots!
They just tend to message at odd duck hours (near midnight, 3-4 am when I am generally asleep) and aren't happy that I did not quickly respond to them. I had not even heard from this user in over 6 weeks and randomly got the feedback today.
While I'm not going to respond to every PM within a few minutes as I have a life and a primary full time job, I have an established reputation for handling deals with buyers quickly when an agreement is fully in place for a deal and close deals quickly. If I don't have the gil in stock I let them know, and I also keep a running update on my on hand stock with my own thread.
