the customer gave me account has game data already

we can not link with the account

i gave him a refund in 10minutes

He replied negative reviews on my threads, including my new thread

on my new thread, there is only his negative review

how long should i wait for him?

he insists he gave me an empty account

But he didn't give me empty account, he gave me account with data so we couldn't link it

before i asked another account with no data, i told him that my supplier would charge extra fees for next binding

but he ignored that. he didn't check his account status. so i gave him a refund

Please show proof of refund. After that if they dont respond it will be changed

i don't know his paypal email. he deleted our dialog.

you ask him proof of purchased receipt, then i can track his paypal email for giving you the refund record

basically, i can not match which epicnpc user bought my products in my store (i have records for paypal only, don't have buyer's epicnpc id)

btw he just gave me a negative review again on other thread without any proof of purchased receipt

• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
