the guy bought an account from me through an middleman, left a positive feedback, and the next day I saw that the review was changed to a negative one. I asked him what the problem was, to which the answer was received that he had not changed anything and the account was working well.

I agree with this. Please remove the negative feedback. I did not post this, maybe my account got hacked or something.
Replace with 5 star feedback with comment “smooth purchase” thanks

I also opened ticket in epicnpc to get this corrected to 5 star. https://epicnpc.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/150254

Unfortunately they are saying they cannot remove negative review. They can only make it neutral review. I wish i can do something about it. My account was probably hacked or soemthing.
