after he had already logged into my account and accepted our deal. He offered a refund, that is true and I already stated that. Everything in that post is true to the letter.

most basic rundown of my whole post
He had my account for the service, a day later I asked for an update
he told me that (mondstadt was completed, and working on dragonspine next)
incase you dont play genshin thats 1/3 of the service being done.
2 days later im ready to accept my account, he tells me that his booster had covid and could not continue so he gave me a refund.
My account had literally no real progress and Mondstadt was not completed like he told me.

Short: Had my account for 3 days, no progress. Lied about progress. Wasted my time.
