False feedback

So, I checked my EpicNPC account, and I have a negative feedback even though I haven't been on this website for over a year.

@gumberry9512 left this feedback on my account (https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/501728/view) and I was confused cause I never have sold anything related to Rocket League, nor do I even play it.

Turns out he gave me the feedback for no reason when it was someone else that scammed him (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/air-boost-scammed-me-for-90.1888441/#post-7478651).

I hope this is enough proof, as I have never posted any threads regarding Rocket League, and he also opened a dispute against Air Boost about this with proof that it was Air Boost and not me.

Feedback Removal/Change Rules

• If a dispute is opened and resolved, the negative feedback will be changed to neutral and the comment will be updated to reflect the issue has been resolved.
• Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
• Feedback can only be removed if it's false.
• If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
  • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
  • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Unfortunately it cannot be removed unless you can prove there was no sale/they respond.

I haven't been on this site in a while. How can I prove a sale didn't happen if he never even messaged me? I haven't made a thread since 2017 and I wasn't even on the website for 4 months after the negative feedback
