Since our woker copy and paste his paypal account to another customer' PayPal account, I paid the wrong money 38.4$ to him. I believe he did receive the money.
So this time after trade, I didn't pay him money. It's only 33.9$ on this trade, he still owed me 4.5$.
I don't know why he use the same PayPal before,and this time he change another account, I don't believe there was different people using the same skype.
