Received false feedback from user: RazorFFM
Never spoke to RazorFFM, but I believe he also has another account by name of Kanashimi, which is the one I spoke to (I think that's him anyways?)
The situation went like this:
We talked last Friday, 6/29. He wanted to buy the account for the price I asked, on Monday, 7/2. However, on 7/1, I took the account off the market for personal reasons and contacted him that I was not selling anymore. I also never gave out my PayPal address to him. As far as I know, the forum rules state that he cannot provide feedback unless either the account is given or money is sent. Neither happened as it was the day before he actually wanted to pay. "Feedback can only be given if a sale has began. This means either payment was made or the item was given."
Also, you can see in his comment about the feedback that money wasn't sent or item was given either so... yeah.
