False feedback/Yet I have refunded the buyer

Buyer Missmiko1890 purchased America Server Genshin Impact account on GenshinAccount.com, but buyer does not understand how to change server on Genshin Impact.

Buyer mentioned in the feedback "took me right to the opening sequence". This is exactly what happen when you are on the wrong server of Genshin Impact.

I tried to login the account and to show the buyer, but the buyer has change the password of the account and linked to his email after he received the login info.

Buyer was refunded in full as well.

I hope to have this False feedback removed. Thanks!

Can the feedback be removed? PlayStation account login is very different comparing to the Mobile/PC app, thus I do not advertise any of my Genshin Impact accounts to be applicable for PlayStation. And yes buyer has already received full refund. Cheers!
