False Feedback/Thread Post

Greetings, I have been using this site to sell my account since 2013 (6 yrs!). If you check my profile/pms all my transactions have gone smoothly, and I have always received positive feedback for them. Yesterday, it has come to my attention that a user who I have never met or talked to left a negative feedback for a transaction that never took place.

I assume that what probably happened is that said person got scammed since he posted his disccord ID on the thread, and didn't verify it was me. I wish to resolve this as I don't like to have a negative feedback in my account, and ruin my perfect reputation for something I didn't do. Please help me get this feedback/thread post cleared. I was going to reply in the thread but I figured is best to take it to the admins/mods.

I will delete the feedback if you give my money back. Its ur fault, you promised me to reply my message in 3 minutes, Ive been waited longer and I messaged you on discord and you didnt reply

if you can send me a proof that it is not you whos talking to me through discord, a legit proof, then ill delete my feedback on you.

I have no idea what you are talking about. If you talked to someone it definitely wasn't me. If you can please send pics of who you talked to. What is his disccord tag? You should verify next time before you do such a thing. I never posted my disccord id on the thread so I dont know how you can prove anything. Also how can the person have screenshots when I myself didn't post any! You should always check. I recommend we let the admin/mod get to the post and check everything. He will see we never had any previous conversation, and that you got the wrong person.

what im saying is, since you didnt put your discord in your post, there is no way I could know if youre telling the truth or not. so if I could get some proof that tells me that discord is not yours then ill delete my bad feedback on you

Bro I'm sorry but look at your screenshots u sent me. That doesnt match the account description, and the mods/admins can see I never changed it. Look at the level of the characters, it's nothing like the account I'm selling.

Yeah I'm sorry this happened as well. I didn't post my disccord cause I meant for people to private message me through the system here. I was going to give you my disccord but by the time I was going to reply all this had already happened.
