Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: Seller added me on Skype to sell his orbs to me. I gave him an offer and he didn't like it, so we bartered until we settled on an agreed $20. We were supposed to trade in game first, waited for him. He provided his Paypal account and I went in-game to wait for his contact. After 5 minutes he demanded money payment when he still hasn't contacted me. He then proceeded to demand immediate payment and verbally abuse me, accusing me of scamming.

I waited for him to finish ranting and told him to solve it in a civilized manner, but he removed me after some taunting.

Why didn't you post something like "where are you" , "hurry up" or "are you coming"?
Why didn't Scherwood post something like "I don't see you" or "I can't find you" or something like that.

The fact neither of you posted makes it seems you were talking to each other in-game.

First of all im glad he reported me becouse i wasent really bothering posting proofs but hey here we go.
Look at chat editing in skype where he gives me name before trade there was difrent name he edited it latter heres screens.

And btw its funny how hes talking about me being rude.Next time someone scams me i will be very nice will report it as i should this one.
Not sure why they are not 1,2,3 pictures but you can see them clearly just not in order.

Valduric if you made a typo, you could have simply re-posted the correct username. Editing that info makes you look shady.

Hi, I don't see why it is shady nor how does it matter, it was a typo. If you want, you can verify my IGN in the game as well.

Precisely why I just recently gave a negative feedback to M8Rate which was subsequently removed for "revenge feedback". Numerous people engage in talk and ignore you or take ages to reply. Very few people in contact actually reply promptly.

Also in case more time stamps are reviewed further, I wasn't actively engaged with him 100%, I was eating my lunch as well. I told him to hold on if you read the logs, whereby I went to get lunch. Then I sat there waiting for him whilst browsing the web. And if you require specific detailing, it wasn't 8 minutes. I was in contact with him until 12 and went off for 5 minutes.

Speaking of evidence, show in-game evidence via screenshots of the trade that never actually took place. I sat there waiting for a friend or party invite, there was none.

Its a big concern. Its rather hard to believe you mentioned the wrong toon entirely and then just edited it with out mentioning. No other traders make that mistake and take it so lightly.

It seems you have already seem to make your decision in favor of Scherwood, it's palpable from your tone. If you are to exhibit such biasness, I highly doubt that you're fit to moderate this case.

The typo was modified with haste as that was an alternate account. It is a small issue. Why does it matter if he is in direct contact with me on Skype? I have even typed the wrong username in cases where I purchased from gold selling websites and only rectified it by contacting their live chat moments later - and that's a more serious issue. A completely wrong username whereby the currency I paid for could have gone to another user for free, and not my alternate POE account.

With regards to why I fail to see it is a concern, the following questions are asked:

1. What does it prove if I gave the wrong username? You have not given an accusation.
2. If I gave the correct username and did not have to rectify it, what does that prove? Does it make a difference?
2. You seem to enjoy harping on it as it is the only valid mistake that was made, big deal?
3. Does he have evidence of any transaction occuring? Because I obviously have not received anything.
4. You have not requested any additional information, evidence or given any questions or steps to follow to resolve this case.

I am unsure but the professionalism of this website with a moderator who take on that tone such as yours does put its credibility into question. If an employee such as you worked in my corporate company as any administrative or customer service position, you will be promptly removed, no questions asked.

1) It was not a typo, it was the wrong account. You are lying in this dispute.

2) There is NO reason to edit a skype chat log. If you posted the wrong username, you can just post saying "whoops, thats the wrong username, [username] is the correct one. Contact me on this account"

As stated edited the skype log makes you look shady.

3) Your statement about eating lunch is irrelevant. You exchanged game usernames and said to meet ingame. This means you met ingame. If you did not, one of you should have posted on skype "where are you?" or "are you coming"

NO statement like this was made for 8 mins. This means from my end you DID meet ingame.


Scherwood is owed $20. Ban in 24 hrs if payment is not made.
