False feedback saying I reclaimed an account without even being notifed

The feedback seen here was posted before even being contacted by the buyer (they also submitted a case to PayPal before contacting me) , they claimed to me when I CONTACTED THEM through epicnpc after noticing the review that I blocked them on discord and reclaimed the account(even if I did which I didn’t, they didn’t even attempt to msg on epicnpc) They either unfriended me or even blocked maybe on discord as I can’t find their account anymore and they won’t send me it in dms. I won the PayPal case they opened to try and chargeback the money from.

even if the account was reclaimed I needed proof so I could refund/sort it out with them as I wasn’t the original owner of the account in the first place.

Proof was never sent to me that anything in the account was changed and the buyer stopped replying to messages when asked to send/add me on their discord again.

Buyer stopped replying Nov 4th and hasn’t since

Notes:

+ Once an console account has been merged to pc if the psn is unlinked or reclaimed the items can not be taken back so it’s impossible to lose any overwatch items in this case.

+ User confirmed they have the items in Pc as it was unmerged they have the overwatch items in their Pc account after merging.

+ they claim they lost the stuff in their account then contradicted by saying they have the items in their pc(battlenet).

I didn't do anything to cause any of the emails or the text at the bottom to happen. I have no access to the psn account any more, and the account is signed out of my console, and entering the password and email I changed it to does not work. I don't disbelieve you that you did nothing wrong, but the only other explainations is either the previous owner called Sony support and got the account back, or it was hacked. I called Sony support the same day I got the emails saying the account info had been changed and they told me that they couldn't handle the matter. I linked the account to my BNET which was unlinked on 13/10 so I still had the items and **** on my bnet on PC, but obviously couldnt play it on PS4 or even sign in to the account.

Feedback Disputes

1. If TG was used, we will review feedback disputes as normal.
2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed
 
The highlighted part was a dm from them here. They said they have the items which is what was being sold OW2 items. One of the rarest items in game (pink mercy) which was 95% of the price value is within their ownership currently. They still have the psn as well as when the name searched up the profile is the exact same as they left it.

can this be removed? Or end this since the perosn isn’t even replying anymore
