My report is legitimate. Please see screenshot. He has now deleted his discord of the post but Google and other search engines confirm he is 100% associated with the Discord username Denver3D.
I did complete 1 successfully transaction with him but refused to pay the remaining $400.00.
To Tommy: be a man and pay up. I will delete my report and act like nothing happened. That money is very hard for me to get. I am not rich. Dont do this bro

Attaching photos of conversation on Discord. This is to prove I sent him 3 gift card totalling near $400.00. This is seperate from our earlier transaction for $200.00
He says he is logged and and will deposit. He never did. No funds were given

Because of that move most of my newly customers went to the competitor.

I think there’s a big misunderstanding here. You sent the $400 without confirming with me first. I didn’t ask for or agree to receive that amount, and I went to sleep after our previous confirmed $200 trade that went smoothly.
When I woke up, I saw your messages and your public post calling me a scammer, which is completely unfair and damaging. I have always traded honestly our first deal was proof of that.
If you had simply waited for me to reply instead of jumping to conclusions, this would’ve been avoided.

Process the order and this will all be over. You clearly agreed to doing look at the messages. You literally logged in to the account as it kicked me out.

Not related to this specific situation - which I don't know anything about, but I want to share that I faced a similar situation with Denver3D (= Tommy18).
He scammed me 100 USD on Discord, and now I'm stuck because I discussed outside of EpicNPC.
Please, send me the money back to my wallet address as promised. Then I will leave you alone.

DISPUTE GUIDELINES
- Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
- If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.
- Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
- If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
- We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
- After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
- Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
- Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
- Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

I know for sure that at least one of the customers did not get banned, because I see him in game from time to time. I don't know about the others, as you were the one in charge of discussing with them.
I don't think it would be fair for the customers to pay the price of you refusing to give me back the 100 USD. However, I have kept all the screenshots and the information regarding all trades and yen gathering I've made for your customers.

I remember some customers got banned, yes, but not all of them. And I don't remember you losing money because you had to refund them.
And again, even if it happened, you should have simply told me.
On my side, I don't want to be forced to go to such extreme methods as @radicalson mentioned in his message: "start exposing you on every otherwebsite you are on if you don't give me my money back"; but I do expect you to at least justify yourself by answering to my multiple emails, or in Discord, or in EpicNPC chat.
If you believe you can rightfully keep the 100 USD, then at least I deserve a detailed explanation, not just you ghosting me and leaving with my money.

From my side me and pika always fully cleared it out what to pay and what not everyone knows im also sure he told u, the ban risk is there since pokemmo ooffers one of the biggest anti cheat, if the customer caused charge back isnt his fault and u have to cover it. Thats how as a reseller works amount dosnt matter dont offer an service if u dosnt know to settle it. Aslong u and him didnt stated it clearly if an account get banned he wont be paid then u have to pay him the 100 usd otherwise ure false and being a scammer.
@EpicNPC CM We advocate for Tommy18 to be banned from this site and not be allowed to be to sell ever again. He has clearly scammed other people including me with direct proof of screenshots. It also appears we is making fake reviews himself with other accounts copying and pasting my review.
I encourage anyone who has dealt with him to charge him back. Charge him back for us that he has scammed.

I understand ur issue about this 600/400 usd isnt less either but please dont accuse someone be charge back over and over it may leads some peopöe to suicidd his karma will come.
On my side, I don't advocate for Tommy18 to be banned, I just would like him to give me my money back. He has 40 positive reviews, so he probably deserves to remain on EpicNPC.
And again, if Tommy18 considers that I should not get the 100 USD back, then I want him to come back to me and justify himself properly, so that I can understand his motives.

Oh I remember your customers for pokemmo came to me after they got banned lucky for you they couldn't charge back unlike those coming from your friend pika if he want let's screen my PayPal and let him pay the difference in the charge back made because of him shall we ? And also let him refund the 300$ I paid on his service this should fix the issue with pika

If customers get banned by rmt its even in my thread they get banned. I tell them it also before to them u shouldn't try down push others if u do fishy stuff, like scamming people their money. If they charge back u then because u didnt made it clear. I always say there is no charge back by being banned snd tje chance is high even pika can tell that that i told him these rules.
