I have never dealt with this user and i have no understanding of why he has reported fake feedback on me, if you could remove this false feedback that would be really beneficial as it is affecting my sales and public view.

@Pugzug EpicNPC does not investigate discord, we only investigate disputes if TG is used. There is a giant green warning posted at the top of every page on the website warning members about this. Sorry, but we won't investigate this.

Please provide proof of transaction if money or an item was sent.

I clearly stated in the feedback that said do not use the dudes discord so I sent the proof that was asked

Also he mentions never meeting me even though my proof shows that is a clear lie, I understand you cannot investigate or anything and I don’t care about getting my money back however my feedback is valid and even if you can’t investigate it’s still clear this dude is using his discord to scam

Feedback removed due to discord rules:

Due to how easy it is to impersonate members on Discord, we have decided to end all reviews for Discord scam reports. Discord is now use at your own risk. We will assume 100% of discord accounts are fake and any disputes will automatically be closed if that was the primary contact method.

For feedback, if someone disputes a feedback and the sale was on Discord, we will also not review it. The feedback will be immediately removed.

Members can still use Discord and post it in their threads. However if a problem is reported and all communication was on Discord we will not review it.

Please use our on-site chat instead.

Clarification:

• If payment proof is provided, we will review the dispute as normal.
• This rule is for Discord impersonations reports only. Meaning a veteran member is impersonated on Discord by a scammer.
  • Scammers do not impersonate new members. We will still investigate these types of Discord reports.
