Hello. I received the attached false feedback not long ago

This person was contacted by someone on discord impersonating me. Here's the chat from the person that messaged me at random.

This is really upsetting... i have over 100 positive feedbacks. Some clown is impersonating my username using discord to scam people on here as confirmed by the person above

And I'm guessing it's the same case with this negative feedback I just received by this random person that I have ZERO chat history with on here. It's unacceptable and it's ruining by sales right now because no offense but these geniuses won't message me on here to confirm and instead they believe someone using a discord with my username on here is me. Do they not realize any clown can make a discord with any username and say they are someone on here???

I will remove the negative review. I'm sorry that he decided to use your name out of everyone else's on this site. He have me a different profile name ISVENNYY but used your name Cz_fedan

I'm sorry once again but what else am I to do but try to figure this out.
