I'd rather do a refund than get two stars like this. I didn't commit fraud.

Feedback will only be reviewed if a Trade Guardian service was used.
Feedback cannot be give if there was no exchange. Either the item or payment must have been exchange. Otherwise feedback is not allowed.


Unless they respond we cannot remove the feedback.
