Mmgaming gave me that hunter, in exange for gearing his paladin wich i said would take 3 days wich is why he told him he could get his account back in 3 days. i got scammed by them.

MMgaming isnt a company its probably a child in his basement scamming people.
i gave him a chance to make it up to me but aparently he lied to me.

he claimed the account was making him lose money cuz hes had it for 3 months but its not true. and he didnt sell me the hunter for 125$ it was in exange for gearing his account.
that feedback is not false and mmgaming is a scammer.
i tried to talk to him and now hes offline after telling me hes trying to get it back, but now i see he never will simply because he scammed someone for it and now i want nothing to do with him. ill post his negative rep after im done writing this.

he claimed he would pay me upfront, wich he did by giving me the account. he also said he would give me the appropriate ID once i would be done on his account. and obviously that was a lie too, so i accepted to do the job in exange for the account and it was recalled 1 day later. he cant be trusted and he does t his whole little game where he says "we" and "oh let me talk to my manager" but hes obviously alone.

i just realized that in the aim log he posted he pretty much incrimitated himself by lying to his customer about selling the account. and then not giving it back, and on top of that, selling it to me when he knew the account was about to be recalled (he even said hed get it back himself when he knew the account was a payment for my services). and obviously this kid will never get his mmobay verified (he said he was working on it something like 2-3 weeks ago) he probably doesnt even have a scanner and a credit card to get it.... anyways,


i truly hope a moderator will notice this and please ban this scammer. his services are a big scam. the only feedback he got is from generic people that own big companies that give feedback to anyone and everyone that buys from them.

if mmgaming DID sell the account for 125$ and still traded it to me for gearing up a char, knowing i cant keep it for long, thats a scam.

if mmgaming told his customer he got a 125$ offer but he decided to give it to me anyways, and he knew it was gunna get recalled when i was done working on his account, then thats a scam too.

then following the recall he told me he was going to make it up to me but he hasnt been on aim or on here for something like 3 days now. and seeing how he aquired the account in a fraudulent manner i doubt ill ever get it back.


so heres what i think mmgaming thinks in his head :
"I'll make n.20xi think im going to sell his account, then im going to make wtbtichondriusgold think that the account has been mine for 3 months and costing me money because of game time, so then, ill make wtbtichondriusgold think i will trade him the hunter in exange for gearing my paladin, so, when wtbtichondriusgold is done increasing the value of my ****ty paladin, the original owner will recall the hunter and i wont have to do anything and now my pally will be worth twice as much."

thats not including the time im spending writing this and replying to this.

a fair compensation would be what the account is worth in money. so you clearly state in the first post that the deal was 125$, so 125$ would be fair.
im not sure how these things go but ive seen moderators judge what would be fair so if the moderator disagrees then feel free to let me know what fair compensation would be for the loss of an account.
as long as i get paid for what i did ill be ok.

ive hit the honor cap on his character about 4 times, and hit the JP cap 3 times.

ive seen sites sell honor cap for 20$ so 20$x4=80$ and i would be willing to forget the JP i farmed for simplicity's sake. im not a volunteer worker and i did something i was promised payment for.
i will take off my negative feedback if mmgaming comes foward and compensate's me as any honest person/company or w/e u want to call it would do.

i played roughly 8-12 hours on your character and got him alot of gear, allowing it to get in the new heroics, wich i then logged off for the night, to come back to a hacked account and you blatantly lying to me.

i was doing my part of the deal faster than any company out there would im sure. and on the other hand you didnt keep your end of the bargain.

1st post you claim someone offered you 125$.
2nd post you say someone offered you 115$, and you agreed that you asked me to gear you character in exange for your account.

now what i make of this, the difference in post 1 and 2 shows that you are incoherent in your lies. and that your are not smart enough to scroll up to AT LEAST make the amounts match.
also that pretty much shows that you got no offers and had no intention to pay either me or your customer.

Tell people you will sell their accounts > temporarly keep the account > use that account, that you did not pay or own, as payment on a service > once service is complete you disapear and the account gets recalled > you dispute the negative feedback > and you will probably repeat under a different aim or username.


now tell me i am wrong i have concrete proofs for this

you acknowledged to take the account under the pretext that u were wanting to sell it.
you acknowledged to giving me the account as payment for my services.
you acknowledged that you wanted to sell the account to someone else even when it was sold to me by saying in your posts that u had offers for 125$ and selling it. while during that time it was under my possession.
you also acknowledged that the account was recalled.

Hey MMOBay.net, I want to point out something here that everyone is missing it seems.

MMGaming is new here and trying to start a 'business' where people give him their accounts and he sells it for the 'best possible price' and takes a cut, then paying the majority to the person that was selling the account.

What gives MMGaming the right to say, "well, I am just gonna take this account for $115 so I can have WTBtichondriusgold level my other account". The person who sold the account also got screwed. How did MMGaming determine it was worth $125? What if someone was going to pay $200, but he never looked around cause he just took it for $125 for himself.

Very fishy business practice. On another note, shouldn't he be TWV/MMOBay verified offering services like this? He obviously gets the accounts before he tries to sell them, meaning he needs to log in them. Isn't there a forum rule that to log in anyones account you need to be TWV/MMOBay verified?

I have seen some recent money issues, and for that reason I cannot pay this money on ttuesday. I understand if this gets me banned but I have to pay rent before I can pay him back. I'm already on a mac and cheese diet.
