If the feedback is more than 30 days old, you must prove it's false or it can't be removed.
False feedback as I’ve never done business with this guy and his feedback isn’t related to any transaction we’ve ever done.
Also his screenshots are our entire conversation, if you look at them you can obviously tell we never did a transaction. He provided the proof for you.

Good evening, the user decided to comment on my thread saying to not do business with me after he refused to use a MM on Epic. So I attatched screenshots of him refusing to do so. Also spoke with GENR about this issue already about him continuously writing on my thread when I've never conducted business with him. He was upset because I wouldn't do the deal off site so I left him feedback letting other users know to be aware of his suspicious activity and refusing a MM via EpicNPC.
