Regarding the digital product I sold to him. The buyer’s claims are inaccurate, and I have attached supporting evidence to clarify the situation.
1. Proof That the Codes Were Valid
Before sending the codes, I personally verified that they were working. The buyer initially claimed one code was invalid, and in good faith, I provided additional working codes to resolve the issue. At no point did I ignore his messages—I actively communicated and attempted to help, as shown in our conversation screenshots.
2. Product Description & Regional Restrictions
The buyer argues that the codes were region-locked and that this was not disclosed. However:
The codes were still valid at the time of delivery.
Regional restrictions are standard for such promotions, and the buyer did not ask about this before purchasing.
The Perplexity AI support team confirmed that the codes were intended for Deutsche Telekom customers in Croatia. This does not mean they were invalid—only that they had a regional requirement.
3. Buyer’s False Accusations
I never stopped responding, as shown in our chat logs.
Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, the buyer accused me of scamming him.
He also received multiple working codes but still claimed a refund, which suggests he may have redeemed them elsewhere.
Conclusion
I have provided the buyer with fully functional codes, and I made every effort to resolve the situation. His claim is based on regional restrictions, which are a normal part of such promotions. Since I fulfilled my end of the transaction and delivered valid products, I respectfully request that this dispute be decided in my favor.
