Scam - Seller Sold Me Invalid Codes and Withheld Information

I had an awful experience with the seller SmartBoost. I purchased a Perplexity Pro code, but it didn’t work. When I reached out for help, he sent me more codes that didn’t work either. After some research, I found out the codes were region-locked and only valid for Deutsche Telekom customers in Croatia. This vital information was never disclosed in the product listing, which is a clear case of withholding important details.

When I asked him why the codes weren’t working, his response was "you tell me," which was unprofessional and dismissive. After that, he stopped trying to resolve the issue and clearly stopped caring. In the end, he scammed me out of $20, selling me a product that was never going to work for my location.

This is a prime example of dishonesty. I’ve escalated the issue with PayPal and will do everything I can to get my money back. Avoid SmartBoost at all costs. He’s untrustworthy, misleading, and clearly only cares about taking your money.
