False Feedback/Comments- Please Remove

Suddenly received 2 feedbacks/comments from 2 newly created accounts within this week, saying that I scam them. They never contacted or bought anything from me on Epicnpc.
Please investigate and delete false feedback from my thread. It's affecting what I'm doing here. Thank you.

This guy is an ugly scumbag. He gave me his ID for insurance that he is serious:

Here is his new listing, uses the same language as his old listing from which I bought from because he dropped out of high school and needs to scam to get by. Look at the new listing, account #2, and his old listing:

For instance, this link will show you the druid he is now selling, “246 ilvl, 3/10M, etc” the druid doesn’t exist anymore as he had transferred it Aug. 16th. He also took 3million gold from me:
