False Feedback/Cleared With Buyer

Recently, a buyer left a bad review because he believed I had ghosted him with his money; however, I was at dinner and not ghosting anyone. After speaking with the buyer, he agreed that there was miscommunication and that he would agree to remove the negative feedback.

Yeah it was a misunderstanding and the issue was resolved, I thought he ghosted and ran but he was just at dinner. We had two successful transactions in the past that's what I chose to purchase with him again, and I did not know what to do so I kind of just panicked and left a negative review, and I did not know this review could not be taken off. If you can please take off my false negative review thank you.
