The only prove i have is in this post, I was new on the site and I didnt know i can report false feedback. The guy was obviously trying to scam me by reducing the price of his account repeatedly trying to make me buy it immediately. I called him out on it and posted screenshots of the entire conversation and he blocked me + gave me a negative feedback. I hope that guy is banned now cause he was awfully suspicious.
