False feedback because he has super high expectations

I calibrated the account of this guy and he want to be calibrated in a very high bracket which is impossible.
I already told him that it would be impossible and I told him that my calibration service is only guaranteeing wins, I cant guarantee what rank the end result would be.
I'm only guaranteeing that I would win at least 7 out of 10 games (Which I did as seen below) but he still gave negative review because he wants to get calibrated to a rank that is impossible to reach if the starting games is in the lower bracket

yes on his advertisement he said he was calibrating mmr ranges. not just wins. he did win the 7-3 but his games were terribly played. i watched them and he ranked me lower than i was before the calibration. i was ancient 1. unfortunately i don't have proof of that and he calibrated me to legend 2? how is that possible

and i paid 20$for the divine rank range. not lower than i previously was. why advertise something and not deliver. i had already paid when he told me it was hard to calibrate at divine 2. i didn't mind if he calibrated at ancient even but legend 2? isn't that false advertisement?

All of Dota 2 calibration service in this forum only offers win guarantees..
As you can see on my thread and other people's boosting thread, they're only guaranteeing that it will have atleast the guaranteed wins, no one is claiming that they can get the account to a specific rank thru recalibration.

I'm linking cropped calibration terms of other boosters for reference.
As you can see, even boosters here with 100+ positive feedback only offer specific number of wins guaranteed.

And this is my calibration terms. If you look at my thread, I didn't advertise anything about getting a specific result in recalibration since it is out of my control how valve calculates mmr gains in recalibration. Hence, I and all boosters in here are just offering guaranteed wins in calibration.

Feedback Disputes
