I was initially accused of scamming and they made a whole dispute thread where they gave a false screenshot of discord messages. Alongside this, they also made a bunch of comments in my thread calling me a scammer AND left me feedback calling me a scammer. The initial dispute was closed since they were obviously lying and even confessed.
This is the initial dispute thread where I gave proof of EVERYTHING that I didn't scam them and where they admitted that they lied to the mods with the fake screenshots.

Although the ''Caution when trading '' warning was removed from my account, the negative feedback and comments are still on my profile and thread which pushes away potential customers, when in reality I did nothing wrong.
I replied to the email saying that my caution got removed asking if it was possible to remove the comments + feedback however they said I had to make a separate dispute thread for that
